Check the Victron Connect App (PIN: 000000) for low voltage warnings or error codes.

• Turn the van on and let it run.
• Plug into shore power to recharge the system.
• If the battery voltage is too low, use a trickle charger.
• Ensure the main battery disconnect switch is ON and check the fuse.

If battery temperature drops below 32°F, charging is disabled to protect the system. To restore function:

• Run the Webasto heater or start the van's engine.
• Charging will resume automatically once above 32°F.
• Monitor temperature in the Victron Connect App.

The battery heating pads activate automatically when temperatures drop below 40°F.

• They should only be used when charging in cold conditions.
• If storing the van for more than five days:
  • Turn off the main battery disconnect switch.
  • Turn off the solar breaker.

To reset the heater:

1. Leave the Webasto controller ON.
2. Remove the Webasto fuses from the 12V fuse block.
3. Turn the controller OFF.
4. Wait 30 seconds, reinstall the fuses, and restart.

The air conditioning system is the largest energy draw:

• Full-time van life in hot climates: At least 400AH of battery capacity.
• Running AC at night on low can effectively double runtime.
